Safety Net
Thicker PVC on poles
> the same pvc that covers the pads has now been incorporated into the net pole covers
New method of attaching the net to the springs
> instead of tying the net to the mat with a lace which leaves gaps that allow access to the springs, the new net has holes in the base that the buckles on the mat go through before attaching to the springs. this holds the net securely to the jumping mat leaving no access between the net and the mat.
Thick reinforcing bands around perimeter
> The new safety net is now stronger through the use of thick bands that are able to hold more weight than the net material on its own
Net supported by elastic ties
> the net now attaches to the frame by elastic ties to prevent the net from sagging
> this method also returns the net back to its original correct position after a fall so the product always looks the best it can
Lower doorway to maintain net integrity when zip open
> the zipper doorway has been lowered to be below the first reinforcing strap to maintain the integrity of the net while the zip is open during entry and exit of the trampoline
Thicker material used for smaller holes
> the net material used has been woven with smaller holes for this new model to further eliminate fingers becoming caught in the springs and this has also increased the strength of the material as more material has been used in the weave
Branded tag sewn into doorway
> the net has the logo sewn into the doorway for branding and also contains the batch number of the stock for better warranty tracking of the parts
